Hi Everyone!  It’s Becky, again and I am here to tell you all about this super cute book I find at BEA.

Have you ever wondered what would happen if you crossed:

18053786      &        7823524

Well, the answer is:

34219835What happens when the lines between Monster High and Ever After High break down and the two worlds collide?  Frankie Stein and her friend Draculaura find themselves drawn into the world of fairytales where they will team up with Raven Queen and Apple White to defeat evil and save both of their worlds.

First a disclaimer: I have never read “Monster High” or “Ever After High” so my review is based on just “The Legend of Shadow High”.  This book is the perfect tween read.  It is filled with humor, fairytales, and hijinks.  The story is a fast paced easy read which makes it a great book for even the most reluctant tween girl readers.   Plus, as an added bonus the climax of the story is enhanced by the narrative turning into a chose your own adventure format.

Bottomline: “The Legend of Shadow High” is a great book for fans”Monster High” or “Ever After High” or new readers looking for a fun fantasy or fairy tale adventure.

Final Rating: 4 out of 5
